This page describes the information requested by the website’s contact and careers forms, plus the third-party services visible in those journeys.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, postcode, chosen service and message. A phone number is optional; an optional plan field may appear for seasonal enquiries. The site sends submitted contact-form details to Web3Forms to process the enquiry.
Careers applications are submitted through a Tally form embedded on this website. You may provide application details and a CV in that form. The form is hosted by Tally, whose privacy notice explains Tally’s own handling of information.

Where the form goes

The services below are operated by third parties. Their privacy notices describe their own handling of information.
- Contact enquiries
- Contact-form submissions are sent to Web3Forms. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Spam check
- The contact form displays an hCaptcha challenge. A challenge response is sent with the form submission to help screen automated activity. Read hCaptcha’s privacy policy.
- Careers applications
- The careers form is embedded from Tally. Information entered in that form, including a CV, is submitted through Tally. Read Tally’s privacy notice.
- Images and links
- Some pages load images from Unsplash and Pexels. The website also links to WhatsApp; choosing that link takes you to WhatsApp’s service. See the Unsplash privacy policy, Pexels privacy policy and WhatsApp privacy policies.
Keeping records
Older records are deleted.
MUKAN deletes old enquiry and CV/application records.
